What is Faith To You?

WHAT IS FAITH -THE PRINCIPLES

What is Faith, How do the Principles Work?

Do you ever ask your self What is Faith? How does it work, how does it apply to my life. What is Faith Really??? Anybody know? Let me share What is Faith in the good book, for as I grew up I was taught that “Genuine faith endures trials” and expects the Lord’s return, and I really didn’t understand that until I grew up and paid heed to my calling! Faith is truly believing Without seeing, in general terms As stated in Hebrews 11:1 even Wikipedia has its own definition of What Faith is learn more on that here! So I will expound a little more on Faith, HOpe, Care And Triumphs in the Scriptures along this journey!

Genuine faith is demonstrated in effective prayer. and before we go any further allow me to share my favorite Music on Faith I give you Great is Thy Faithfulness by Chris Rice

Indeed great is the Lord’s faithfulness in our lives, for it allows me to confront sin for I know that my God restores erring brothers and sisters!

Genuine faith when not applied serves as failure to prayer, which then results to fighting, argument, hatred and destruction out breaks.

God taught Abraham the principles of living by faith, stepping out in obedience to His word. He told him to leave his country and go to the land He would show him (Genesis 12:4) when God speaks he expects obedience, the obedience of faith. Faith is not simple believing that God has spoken but acting upon what he said.

The word on faith is demonstrated when God promised Sarah that she would have a child although she was barren and past the age of childbearing, He said to Abraham “Is anything too hard for the Lord? At the time appointed I will return unto thee, according to the time of life, and Sarah shall have a Son” (Genesis 18:14).

If God speaks, His purpose will surely be performed. Even the physical reaction of old age was not enough to prevent God from giving Abraham and Sarah the son whom they longed for.

HOW THE PRINCIPLES 0F FAITH WORKS

There are many people who believe little faith can do great things. The misinterpretation of this has caused a lot of down fall. We need to find this kind of faith that speaks and things happen, we have it in our inner man, Because we were created in His Image, He who Spoke and the world was created and everything was done in 6 days, the “Ancients of Days, The Alpha and Omega! He gave us that power! We must tap into it, we have the Grace as long as we have breath! I know that whenever I doubt and have fears and allow other people’s noise to drown out my Inner man, I start to drown Ala Peter style, in lack, in affliction in lies, in all things unrighteous, and I stop and Open my Bible and seek my Lord in Meditation, Fasting and Prayer, that he may take me back into his fold, What is Faith? This is My Faith, that he hears me and takes me back always.
